May Negosyo Ka Online? Baka Sakop Ka na ng BIR’s New E-Invoicing Rule
Akala mo okay na ang printed resibo mo. Pero sa bagong rule ni BIR, hindi na iyon sapat.
Under RR No. 11-2025, BIR now wants real-time, digital sales reports.
This rule affects many small businesses and digital workers. Kung hindi ka handa, pwede kang ma-audit o ma-penalty.
Ano ang RR No. 11-2025?
BIR released this rule on February 27, 2025 to require electronic invoicing (e-invoice) from certain businesses.
Goal: Mas malinaw, updated, at automatic ang sales reporting.
Sino ang Sakop?
Pasok ka sa rule kung ikaw ay:
- Online seller (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, FB Marketplace)
- Freelancer or digital service provider (VA, designer, editor)
- Content creator (YouTube, TikTok, IG)
- Exporter or may tax incentive
- Gumagamit ng POS or accounting software
- Part of Large Taxpayers Service (LTS)
Anong Gagawin Mo?
To comply, you need to:
- Use a BIR-accredited e-invoicing system
- Issue structured e-invoices
- Set up auto-reporting of your sales to BIR
Hindi na puwede ang manual upload.
The system must send your data real-time.
Deadline and Key Dates
- May 1-year grace period for the first batch
- Others: Required once BIR announces readiness
Mas okay kung mag-set up ka ahead of time para iwas stress.
Consequences Pag Di Ka Sumunod
- Invalid ang resibo mo
- Sayang ang tax deductions
- Pwede kang ma-audit o multahan
Bonus for Micro Businesses
Optional pa ito for small businesses—but may benefits:
- Pwedeng mag-volunteer mag-e-invoice
- Maka-avail ng 100% tax deduction for system cost
- Maging audit-ready kahit maliit pa ang kita
