8% or Graduated Tax? One saves time, the other saves money

Maraming professionals, franchisees, at contractors ang naguguluhan dito:

“Anong mas okay — 8% or graduated tax?”

Let’s make it simple.

Imagine this: Isa kang dentist earning below ₱3 million a year. Wala kang masyadong gastos, kundi clinic rent at staff allowance.

Solution: 8% tax — mas simple, mas less hassle.

 

Now, imagine isa kang contractor. May malaking gastos sa tools, fuel, materials, at

project-based staff.

Solution: Graduated tax — puwede mong i-deduct lahat ng ito, kaya mas tipid in the

long run.

 

Piliin mo ang 8% kung:

  • Income mo is ₱3M and below
  • Wala kang masyadong resibo
  • Gusto mo ng mabilis at less paperwork

 

Piliin mo ang Graduated Tax kung:

  • Malaki ang kita mo
  • Malaki rin ang gastos
  • Kaya mong i-track at i-proof ang expenses mo
