Listahan ng NRDSP digital tools na may 12% VAT na simula June 1, 2025; required mag-file kahit Non-VAT ka pa para iwas penalty.

 

Narito ang Posibleng Listahan ng NRDSPs at Paano Mag-File ng 12% VAT

Simula June 1, 2025, lahat ng negosyo na bumibili ng digital tools at platforms mula sa abroad ay kailangan mag-file at magbayad ng 12% VAT.

Kahit Non-VAT taxpayer ka pa, required ito!

 

Bakit Mahalaga Ito?

  • Para maiwasan ang penalty at interest mula sa late o maling filing.
  • Para maayos ang iyong business records at ma-claim ang input VAT kung VAT-registered ka.
  • Para compliant ka sa bagong BIR rules.

 

Ano ang NRDSP?

Ang Non-Resident Digital Service Providers (NRDSPs) ay mga foreign digital platforms na walang opisina sa Pilipinas pero nagbebenta dito. Kasama sila sa bagong 12% VAT rule.

 

Narito ang Ilan sa mga Covered Digital Tools at Platforms:

  • Digital Ads: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, X (Twitter) Ads
  • Design & Content: Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, Envato Market, Gumroad, Patreon, Adobe Stock
  • E-Commerce: Shopify, Etsy, Amazon Marketplace
  • Cloud Storage: Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, Box
  • Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Notion
  • Freelance Platforms: Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com
  • Online Learning: Coursera, Udemy, Skillshare, MasterClass
  • Other Digital Services: Substack, Medium Membership, Vimeo, Mailchimp, Hootsuite

 

Sino ang Magbabayad?

  • Lahat ng buyers, kahit Non-VAT ka pa.
  • Kung business ka, ikaw ang magfa-file at magbabayad gamit ang BIR Form 1600-VT.

 

Kailan Mag-file?

Mag-file at magbayad bago mag-10th ng buwan pagkatapos ng bayad.

Halimbawa: Paid June 5 → file at bayad bago July 10.

 

Importanteng Paalala:

  • VAT = 12% ng binayaran sa NRDSP.
  • Kung VAT-registered ka, pwede i-claim as input VAT.
  • Kung Non-VAT ka, dagdag lang ito sa gastos mo.

 

Iwasan ang Penalty:

  • Kumpletuhin ang invoice at records.
  • Huwag ipagpabukas ang filing.
  • Ang late filing ay may surcharge at interest.
