After you complete your online application, you will be issued a Batch Request Number and a Request Reference Number.
When paying for all request in the batch, specify the Batch Request Number.
When paying for a particular request only, specify the Request Reference Number.

PHP 330 per copy – Birth / Marriage / Death Certificate
PHP 430 per copy – CENOMAR

6. How to Pay your PSA Birth Certificate through Credit Card?
I prefer this method of payment because this easier than Online Banking.

To pay for your request using your credit card, follow these steps:
Step 1: If you have just submitted your requests and you are on the Acknowledgement Page:
a. Click “Pay Online via Credit Card Now”
b. Read PSA Serbilis Terms and Conditions, and then click on “I Accept” to proceed.
c. Go to Step 4.
Otherwise:
a. Go to www.psaserbilis.com.ph
b. Click “Request”
c. Click on “Payment”
d. Click Pay “Online via Credit card Now”
e. Read PSA Serbilis Terms and Conditions, and then click on “I Accept” to proceed.
f. Go to Step 2.
Step 2: Enter Batch Request Number or Request Reference Number
a. When paying for all request in the batch, specify the Batch Request Number.
b. When paying for a particular request only, specify the Request Reference Number.
Step 3: Click “Go”
Step 4: Click “Proceed to Payment”
Step 5: Enter and Submit your credit card information
Step 6: If your Credit Card Payment is accepted, a payment acknowledgement will be displayed. Unisys Managed Services Corporation will appear in your credit card statement.
7. When will the PSA Birth Certificate be delivered?
Your documents will be delivered through PSA Courier Service Provider.
You will received the document 3-13 working days after payment, depending on your delivery address and the type of document.
A. Metro Manila
Birth / Marriage / Death Certificate: 3 – 5 working days after payment
CENOMAR: 7 – 9 working days after payment
B. Other cities / provinces within the Philippines
Birth / Marriage / Death Certificate: 4 – 9 working days after payment
CENOMAR: 8 – 13 working days after payment
C. Other Countries
You will received your documents through PhilPost Registered mail 6-8 weeks after payment.
8. What if you are the document owner and you are unable to receive the document?
If you are the document owner and you are unable to receive the document, you may authorized a representative to do so on your behalf. Your authorized representative will have to present the following to the courier:
A. Your signed authorization letter
B. Your Valid ID (with Photo and Signature)
C. The Valid ID (with Photo and Signature of your authorized representative
A. For Birth Certificates:
There’s no need to provide authorization letter if you are:
a. The Owner of the document,
b. His/Her Parent,
c. His/Her Spouse,
d. His/Her Direct Descendant
e. or His/Her Legal Guardian/Institution-in-charge, if minor
B. For Marriage Certificates:
There’s no need to provide authorization letter if you are:
a. The Owner
b. His/Her spouse
c. The Court or Public Official
d. In case of person’s death, the nearest kin
